SOUNDBATH & BREATHWORK BERLIN

SOUNDBATH AND BREATHWORK IN BERLIN FRIEDRICHSHAIN

Singing bowls, gongs and guided breathwork inside a listed 1893 horse stable — no membership, no prior experience. Address: Boxhagener Straße 96, 10245 Berlin.

What a soundbath is

You lie on the mat under a blanket and all you have to do is be there. Singing bowls, gongs and voice move through the room in waves; the body follows the sound and settles without you performing anything.

For many it's the easiest way into meditation: no cross-legged sitting, no technique to learn first — just listening.

Breathwork: guided breathing

In breathwork we use the breath deliberately: slow, extended exhales to down-regulate the nervous system — or activating patterns to become awake and clear. Everything is guided; nothing needs to be learned beforehand.

That breath guidance is also the bridge to the ice bath: if you can breathe calmly in the warm, you stay calm at around 0 °C too.

How a session runs

  • 30 to 75 minutes depending on the format — soundbath, breathwork or a combination.
  • Small groups with a maximum of 10 people in our practice room.
  • Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are provided — bring comfortable clothes.
  • Afterwards: the rest zone with tea instead of heading straight back out.

Prices and booking

Book soundbath and breathwork sessions individually through the schedule or with your Zencoin credit — from 3 Zencoins per class, no membership and no minimum term.

A good combination: breathwork first, then a Free-Flow slot in the Fire & Ice zone.

Who it is for

For anyone who finds it hard to switch off, lives in their head or has tried meditation unsuccessfully. If you have epilepsy, are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions or are in acute mental distress, talk to us first — we'll leave out intense breathing techniques.
