Cancel monthly
All Zenctuary memberships – Flow, Zen, Inner Circle and the Comfort Flat – can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
With a 12-month commitment, the contract ends when the minimum term expires, provided you cancel before then.
How to cancel
- Online in your booking account: manage membership, pause and cancellation yourself.
- By email using the button below – please include your name, the account email address and your plan.
Pause instead of cancelling
You can pause your membership for up to 2 months per year instead of cancelling. This is also handled in your booking account.
Confirmation
