Finnish & infrared sauna: two kinds of warmth
Our Finnish sauna offers classic sauna heat up to 95 °C. The infrared sauna combines radiant warmth and warm cabin air at 65–75 °C. Choose the warmth that feels right today — or try both with rest breaks in between.
Both saunas are part of the Fire & Ice zone and included in Free Flow. No separate sauna booking and no extra charge. An ice bath is optional; you can focus entirely on warmth and rest if you prefer.

What the sauna costs
A Free-Flow slot in the Fire & Ice zone costs €27.50 — Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, both ice baths, red light, massage chairs and rest area included for 120 minutes. No membership or extra sauna charge; multi-visit cards lower the price per visit and are valid for 6 months.
Showers and changing rooms are included. Please bring a towel and pool slides; swimwear is optional — textile-free, swimsuit, bikini or trunks, whatever you're comfortable in. Slippers are free of charge; a set of 2 towels and 1 kimono can be rented on site for €5 per visit.

For anyone who wants to wind down after work or start the day slowly — first-timers and experienced sauna-goers alike. If you are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure or recent injuries, talk to us first and we will pick a gentler format.

How should I prepare for the sauna?
Stay hydrated, shower before entering and bring a large towel to sit or lie on. Start with a short, comfortable round and take rest breaks. Leave the sauna if you feel dizzy or unwell. If you are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, get medical advice before visiting and let our team know.
Do I need a membership?
No. Book single sessions or use a multi-visit card. There is no minimum term.
Is the sauna textile or textile-free?
Both work — it's your choice: textile-free, swimsuit, bikini or trunks. Please bring a towel and, if you like, swimwear; showers and changing rooms are available. Slippers are free of charge; a set of 2 towels and 1 kimono can be rented for €5 per visit.
