What kind of sauna does Zenctuary have in Berlin?
An infrared sauna with deep heat — gentler than a Finnish sauna, comfortable for longer and easy to combine with the ice bath at 0–2 °C.
SAUNA BERLIN
Infrared sauna, red light and an ice bath at 0–2 °C inside a listed 1893 horse stable — no membership, no waiting lists, right in Friedrichshain. Address: Boxhagener Straße 96, 10245 Berlin.
Our sauna uses infrared deep heat: the warmth works directly in the tissue instead of only heating the air. It feels gentler than a Finnish sauna at 90 °C, you stay relaxed longer and the cardiovascular load is lower.
Combined with the ice bath that is a real advantage — you can do several heat-and-cold rounds in one session without feeling drained.
A Free-Flow slot in the Fire & Ice zone costs €27.50 — sauna, ice bath, red light, massage chairs and rest area included. No membership, no minimum term; multi-visit cards lower the price per visit and are valid for 6 months.
Showers and changing rooms are included. Please bring a towel and pool slides; swimwear is optional — textile-free, swimsuit, bikini or trunks, whatever you're comfortable in. Slippers are free of charge; a set of 2 towels and 1 kimono can be rented on site for €5 per visit.
For anyone who wants to wind down after work or start the day slowly — first-timers and experienced sauna-goers alike. If you are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure or recent injuries, talk to us first and we will pick a gentler format.
