How demanding is vinyasa yoga?
Challenging but adjustable. You will sweat; every posture has a lighter and a stronger variation, and taking a break is always fine.
VINYASA YOGA BERLIN
Flowing sequences in the rhythm of the breath: vinyasa yoga at Boxhagener Straße 96, 10245 Berlin in Berlin Friedrichshain, for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Vinyasa means one posture moves into the next, led by the breath. That creates a flow which warms you up, builds strength and keeps the mind busy enough to settle.
Every class follows a thread — hip opening, shoulders or balance, for example — and builds from a warm-up through a strong middle section to the final relaxation.
60 to 75 minutes: arriving and breathing, sun salutations to warm up, a flowing main section with standing and balance postures, then floor stretches and savasana. Level and focus are listed in the schedule; mats and props are here.
After a strong vinyasa class the Fire & Ice zone is the obvious second half: infrared sauna, ice bath at 0–2 °C and a rest zone in a 2-hour Free Flow for €27.50.
