Gift card FAQ
How do I redeem a gift card?
Book online as usual or simply come by and give us the voucher code. We apply the amount to your booking or Zencoin purchase — any remaining balance stays on the card.
What can I use the gift card for?
Everything we offer: yoga and pilates classes, free flow in the Fire & Ice zone, Zencoin packages or private bookings.
How long is a gift card valid?
Value gift cards are valid for three years from purchase, counted from the end of the year of purchase. You can redeem it at any point within that time — in one go or step by step.
How is the gift card delivered?
Instantly by email as a PDF you can print or forward — usually within a few minutes of payment. No postal delivery needed.
The email didn't arrive — what now?
Please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, send us a short message with the name and email address used for the order and we'll resend it.
Can I return or exchange a gift card?
Gift cards are transferable, so they can be passed on. Cash refunds aren't possible; for online purchases your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies as long as the card hasn't been redeemed.
What about VAT?
All amounts are final prices including statutory VAT. The receipt showing the tax is attached to the confirmation email.
