EQUIPMENT – BRIEFLY EXPLAINED
Which towel do I need?
Ideally two: a large towel to sit or lie on in the infrared sauna, and a second one to dry off after the ice bath and shower. A sauna towel or a normal bath towel is perfectly fine – a bathrobe is nice, but not required.
Just need the space?
If you facilitate your format yourself, we rent the space by the hour, half day or full day.

TEA EXPERIENCE
Tea Ceremony Introduction – an introduction to Gong Fu Cha
A simple and accessible introduction to the Chinese way of brewing tea. A tea master introduces the fundamentals of Gong Fu Cha – tea-to-water ratio, temperature, timing and the role of each piece of teaware. Afterwards the tea set is yours to continue exploring at your own pace.
