OUR STUDIO & TEAM

Zenctuary is a place in Berlin Friedrichshain where movement, heat, cold and stillness meet. We believe in simple rituals that carry you through everyday life — and in a community that holds each other.

Our story

Zenctuary grew from the wish to build a studio that is more than a class room: a home for recovery. On Boxhagener Straße we brought yoga, meditation, Pilates, sauna and ice bath under one roof — so you don't have to travel between studios to feel whole.

What we stand for

Accessibility: every class welcomes beginners without boring experienced practitioners.
Honest intensity: cold and heat, well dosed, guided and always voluntary.
Stillness as practice: spaces where slowing down is allowed.
Community: familiar faces, small groups, real conversations after the session.

Shervin founded Zenctuary on a simple conviction: calm is not a luxury, it is basic equipment. He guides breathwork and cold formats with clear instruction and zero pressure — holding a space where intensity and softness can sit side by side.
