A treatment of its own — or right after the heat
Here a massage isn't a filler between two doors, it's an appointment of its own: dimmed light, a warm table, a treatment room in the courtyard of the old horse stable. You arrive, we talk briefly about load, tension and pressure — then we work exactly there.
If you like, put the massage straight after a Free-Flow slot in the Fire & Ice zone. After infrared sauna and ice bath the tissue is warm and well supplied — the work goes deeper without needing more pressure.
Length and flow
- 50 minutes: the standard appointment — full body or two focus areas.
- 80 minutes: thorough, with time for follow-up work and resting.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early; towels and linen are provided.
- Afterwards: the rest zone with tea instead of heading straight back out.
Combining it with Fire & Ice
A popular order is sauna — ice bath — red light — massage: stimulus and contrast first, then the table. The Free-Flow slot lasts 2 hours (120 minutes) and costs €27.50; the massage is booked as its own appointment right after.

Appointments and prices
The Full Body Massage (50 minutes) is €89, the Extended Recovery Massage (80 minutes) €129. If you come regularly, take the 5-visit card: 5 × 50 minutes for €399, i.e. €79.80 per massage. Massages run as individual appointments with a limited number per day — write to us using the form below and you'll get available times straight back.
When to let us know first
With pregnancy, acute inflammation, fresh injuries, thrombosis, skin conditions or after surgery we adapt the treatment or reschedule it. Please mention it with your request so we plan the right format from the start.

How long is a massage?
30 minutes for one region, 60 minutes as the standard appointment and 90 minutes if you want thorough work and time to rest afterwards.
How do I get an appointment?
Through the contact form on this page or by email to info@zenctuary.de — send the treatment, your preferred length and two or three possible times, and you'll get available slots and the price back.
Can I combine a massage with sauna and ice bath?
Yes. Ideally the Free-Flow slot in the Fire & Ice zone first (2 hours, €27.50) and the massage straight after — the tissue is warm and well supplied by then.
What should I bring?
Nothing — towels, linen and oil are provided. Just arrive 10 minutes early so we can talk briefly about tension and pressure.
