EQUIPMENT – BRIEFLY EXPLAINED
Which towel do I need?
Ideally two: a large towel to sit or lie on in the infrared sauna, and a second one to dry off after the ice bath and shower. A sauna towel or a normal bath towel is perfectly fine – a bathrobe is nice, but not required.
Space for workshops & events
For workshops, trainings, retreats and seminars we rent the studio by the hour, half day or full day.
